Ages 11 to 13 - Comic Characters - Illustrate and Create!

Students will use their imaginations to develop comic book scenes using various comic templates to create unique storyboards and then improvise and devise their stories into performance scenes. Heroes, villains, and various character types will be explored on the page and on the stage and then shared with family and friends in our week ending celebration. In addition to working with our theatre professionals on story development and acting techniques, students will also get to build props and other elements to usein their performance. This is a great way to explore storytelling and develop theatre skills!
